Wondering what actually happens when you book a roller replacement? Here is the visit, step by step — no surprises.
Before we arrive
Send a photo of the door on WhatsApp and tell us your area. We confirm the likely fault and a time slot. Clear a metre of space on both sides of the door so we can lift the panel out safely.
Step 1: Inspection
We slide the door, feel the track, and check the rollers, alignment, and lock. If the track is damaged or the real problem is elsewhere, we tell you before any work starts.
Step 2: The panel comes out
The sliding panel is lifted out of the frame and laid safely. This is the careful part — large glass panels are heavy and awkward.
Step 3: Rollers out, rollers in
Old rollers are removed and matched with the right replacements. The track is cleaned of sand and debris — the step most DIY jobs skip, and the reason Dubai rollers die young.
Step 4: Re-hang, align, test
The door goes back in, gets aligned so it sits square, and is slid, locked, and unlocked until everything moves the way it should.
