Frequently Asked Questions
Can you fix a broken or drafty old cat flap?
Yes. We fix broken or drafty cat flaps: we check the flap, its seal and its fitting, and repair or replace the flap or panel as needed, including a new panel for double-glazed doors where the old panel cannot be resealed. Send a photo of the old flap and door so we can confirm the size and fitting before we visit.

Rental-friendly: no NOC needed from landlords, and no trace left after removal. 3. Timing: white frame usually done same day, other frame colours (grey, brown, black) usually next day. Installation on site takes around 50 minutes. For double-glazed panels, allow 5-6 working days after measurements for fabrication. 4. Abu Dhabi: usually done next day. No callout charges.
