You go to slide the balcony door open and it barely moves. You heave, it judders along the track with an awful grinding sound, and you wonder if the whole door needs replacing. In our experience, it almost never does.

Most sliding door problems come down to three things: worn rollers, a dirty or damaged track, or a door that has dropped out of alignment. All three are repairable, and most jobs take a single visit.

Rollers: The Usual Suspect

The little wheels at the bottom of your door carry its full weight, and Dubai dust grinds them down over time. When rollers wear out, the door sits lower, drags on the track, and gets harder to move every month. Replacing them transforms how the door feels.

Tracks: Where the Dust Collects

Lift the track cover and you will often find a compacted layer of dust, sand, and grit. A deep track clean fixes many stuck doors on its own. If the track itself is dented or corroded, we can repair or replace the track section.

Alignment: The Subtle One

A door that has dropped on one side will not lock properly and lets draughts and dust in around the edges. Re-seating the door on new rollers and adjusting the alignment brings back the smooth glide and the proper seal.

Our sliding door repair in Dubai covers rollers, tracks, locks, and full realignment for apartments and villas.
