Not every faulty handle needs replacing. Here is how we decide — and how you can get a sense of it before we arrive.
When repair is enough
- Loose handle — often just needs the fixing screws tightened and the handle reseated.
- Stiff operation — sometimes cleaning and adjustment brings it back.
- Slight misalignment — realigning the door can restore full lock function with the original handle.
When replacement is the honest answer
- Cracked or snapped handle body — no safe repair exists.
- Internal mechanism worn out — the handle moves but engages nothing.
- Spindle sheared — the part that connects handle to lock has broken.

Send a photo on WhatsApp before the visit. In most cases we can match the style and finish; if the exact model is discontinued, we fit the closest working match and make sure the lock engages properly.
