Our aluminium fabrication workshop in Dubai is the heart of the business. Here is a quick tour.
What happens in the workshop
- Cutting. Aluminium profiles are cut to the millimetre on precision saws. Every angle is checked before it moves on.
- Assembly. Frames are joined, squared and dry-fitted. If it does not sit perfectly on the bench, it does not go to your home.
- Glazing. Glass is set into frames with the right gaskets and beads, sealed against dust and moisture.
- Hardware. Hinges, locks, closers and rollers are fitted and adjusted before installation day, so site time stays short.
- Quality check. Everything is measured again, opened, closed and inspected. Only then does it get loaded for delivery.
