We fit glass fronts for shops, restaurants, clinics and offices across Dubai, and retailers tend to ask the same questions before they commit. Here are the honest answers.

If you are planning a new front, start with our guide to glass shop fronts in Dubai for the full picture, then come back to these questions.

Commercial glass front in Dubai retail unit with safety glass and signage

Will the glass be safe?

Yes. Commercial fronts use toughened or laminated safety glass. Toughened glass is several times stronger than standard glass and crumbles into small pieces if it ever breaks. Laminated glass holds together on its interlayer. We fit what your unit and your insurer expect.

Can we keep our branding colours?

Absolutely. Aluminium framing is powder-coated in your brand colours, and we can add frosted banding or vinyl graphics to the glass for logos, opening hours and privacy where you need it.

How do we handle the Dubai sun?

Solar-control and tinted glass cut glare and heat at the front of your unit, which keeps the display area comfortable and protects stock from fading. It is one of the smartest upgrades for a south- or west-facing front.

What about security at night?

Locking systems for glass doors, from floor bolts to multi-point locks, plus optional roller shutters or grilles behind the glass. Tell us your concerns and we will spec the right combination.

How long does installation take?

Most shop fronts go in within a day or two once the glass and frames are ready. We measure first, fabricate off-site, then install with minimal disruption to your trading.
