Most people only see the finished door. What matters is everything before it: the measuring, the cutting, the joints. A square frame and tight joints are what keep an aluminium door closing cleanly for years.
Think of this as aluminium door fabrication Dubai style: measured on site, built in a local workshop, fitted by the same team. Here is how the process runs, from site visit to final fit.

The fabrication process, step by step
- Site measurement: We measure the opening at three points. Walls in Dubai villas are rarely perfectly square, so we work to the smallest dimension and pack to fit.
- Profile selection: We pick the right aluminium profile for the job: heavier sections for entrance doors, lighter ones for internal doors.
- Cutting: Profiles are cut to length on precision saws, with mitred angles for clean corner joints.
- Corner joints: Corners are joined with corner cleats and crimped or screwed tight. A sloppy corner is what makes doors twist later.
- Powder coating: Frames go through cleaning, primer and powder-coat baking for a finish that resists sun and salt air.
- Glazing and hardware: Glass is bedded into the frame, hinges and locks are fitted, and the door is test-hung before it leaves the workshop.
Fitting on site
The fabricated door arrives ready. We fix the frame into the opening, seal the edges against dust, and adjust the hinges so the leaf swings true. Learn more about our aluminium door fabrication service, or browse custom aluminium doors for villas and offices for made-to-order options.
