How long does it take to install a dog flap in glass?
Most jobs take one visit for measurement and one visit for installation. Installation process will take upto 15- 30 minutes Double glazed units require new glass that we prepare double glazed and tempered in our workshop.
Can you install a dog flap in double glazed doors?
Yes. We create a new double glazed panel with a cut out for the pet door and replace the old glass safely.
Is toughened glass required?
Yes. For safety, all replacement glass is made from toughened or tempered glass. And Somtimes the glass breaks during tempering process so we have to redo it.
Do you supply the dog flap?
Yes. We supply Aluminium Petsafe dog flaps suitable for small, medium and large breeds. They comes with replacment flap model which is good for long term.
Will the installation affect insulation or security?
No. We seal and install the pet door properly to keep insulation and safety at the same level.
Can you install in sliding glass doors?
Yes. Sliding doors, balcony doors and patio doors are all suitable. In sliding door you will have the full access to the door you can check our video
